Been doing fine offensively 18-5-1.
Catching has been flavor of the week and may pick up Martinez.
Got killed in pitching 7-12-5 mainly due to Herges and Mantei and their massive ERA, WHIP and losses.
0-8 in ERA or WHIP!!!
So I traded and restructured a little.
I'm still deep in 1B and OF.
Suggestions to improve or patience now?

I like your team. Once Sheff gets going you'll reallly be cookin. I imagine your pitching stacks up pretty well in a 10 team league. Let things play out a little longer before you make any major moves.

With that rotation and lineup its only a matter of time before you begin to move up the standings. With Sheff and Huff on the bench not doing much I think you're in good shape as long as you're not too far back when they turn things around. As far as moves, I would maybe try to move one of your extra 1B for the best value you can get for another proven RP (there are legit questions concerning both you have in my mind, Valverde more so than Smoltz) or SP because Brown or Clemens could go down to injury any time (Brown moreso than Clemens). I would just wait it out really and see how everything shakes out when everyone starts hitting. It looks like you don't have many guys who are really knocking the cover off the ball right now, which is probably the case for the teams ahead of you, and most of your lineup are solid performers, not just one hit wonders, which is a big plus in my mind.
