I'm not watching the game, but CBS Sportline's game center showed him as being picked off....

Anyone watching? He seriously wasn't trying to steal was he? :-?

EDIT: All the other threads seem to agree he was picked off... Still a dumb move on his part :-t .

Yahoo has him caught stealing. Even if he was only picked off you have got to wonder what the hell he was thinking.

I'm watching, he was picked off. Leiter caught him sleeping so he broke for second. Brutal.

Schmidt has 10 ks, but is starting to tire.

I was at PacBell last week against the Braves all excited to see Bonds bat. On his first time up, a few pitches in, they get a pass ball and the runners on 1st and 2nd move up. Bonds is then given an intentential walk. Inning over next batter. Next time, man on 1st steals a couple pitches into it. Bonds is then intentially walked. So, I hadn't even seen him swing the bat yet!! I was dumbfounded! I said that the runners should sit Indianstyle on the bases while Bonds is at bat. That would have helped stop tonight's pick off.

If he stole 2nd successfully they'd probably just intentionally walk Bonds.
