He's looking pretty good tonight; hopefully a closer won't blow it for him again.

Yeah thats what I was hoping; maybe he's just can't stand having someone relieve him that he'll tell the coach to keep him in there and let him do the job.

Haven't heard what the pitch count will be yet, but I'd be surprised if they let him go past 100... He's already up to 60...

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

72 after 5 innings. Will probably only go 7 maybe 8 tops.
The game is going fast though. Could be all over in under 2 hours

c'mon Indians.....more runs. Sabathia has been extraordinary so far this season and it's an absolute travesty that he only has one win to show for it. No disrespect to my boy Kevin Brown but if Sabathia got the W's he deserved, he would have been AL pitcher of the month in April.

I don't care if he hasn't struck anyone out, C.C. Sabathia is looking amazingly brutal tonight. The man is frigging tanklike and as much as I'd like to see him replace Pedro next year on the Sox, the Indians need to build around him like the Parthenon of Athens. He just lost his gum yelling when McCarty beat out a double play, and he reached down, picked it out of the dirt and put it back in his mouth, nonplussed.
Pedro is looking pretty hot too, though.
