For what it's worth, MLB.com states that Prior is, barring injury, officially slated to return to the rotation for the series beginning June 4th. Keep your fingers crossed for another healthy 3 1/2 weeks!!!!

In my 20 team league, my first two picks were Prior and Garrett Anderson. Ugh.

I can't wait his return. My pitchers are pitching awesome in his absense, though (7-team league):

Randy Johnson
Jason Schmidt
Matt Clement
Oliver Perez

Strikeouts are worth 2 points (a win is worth 17), so that's why I only have k-pitchers.

I am so close to landing Prior on my team but the guy has it in his mind that Prior is still worth almost as much as if he were throwin 12k CG SHO every 5 days. He needs a 1B and a SS. I have 3 1B and 2 SS. So Ive offered him Renteria and Palmerio for Prior and GAnderson. He keeps countering with Giambi,Renteria for Prior,Anderson. He's been buggin me about it for almost a week now and I told him with prior going to the 60day DL he's worth even less to me now.. which he agreed. So he said he'd let me knwo this weekend about Palmeiro,Rent for Prior,Anderson. Oh man i hope he does it. Even though i wont be able to use them for some time.. when they do come back I think i could be unbeatable with Hudson,Schmidt,Foulke,Millwood,Hernandez,Rhodes already for me. :-D

Is the 60-day DL retroactive? Is that how he can still pitch in june?

Yeah it's retoactive, and I'm pretty sure it would be back to March 28th (the day the season started). So he'll be able to return at the start of June. Damn, I can't wait. I only have him in one league, but it's my main league, adn I have Sheff in it too. I'm hoping he doesn't tweak his thumb :-o
