Joe Mauer, C MIN
News: The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Joe Mauer (knee) is on a daily workout schedule, but will not play catcher until the swelling in his knee goes down.
Analysis: "Thing about him is that he's young, is a good athlete and can hit," said manager Ron Gardenhire. "When he gets 10-15 years into his career, maybe he can play first base or something." No timetable has been set for his return at this point.
I have him on the DL adn am playing Barrett in his place. I hope he comes back soon and DH's.
