Ensberg and Lugo.

Postby BGbootha » Wed May 05, 2004 12:47 pm

Both of these guys were just dropped in my money league. I am going to attempt to get Lugo for my Aurilla. But is Ensberg worth the pick up. I would end up platooning him when Choi is going against a lefty at the CI position. Right now i am using Spezio.

any ideas. Thanks.

Who would you drop for Ensberg?

most likely spezio. My main problem is that i don't have much room on my bench. My league dosn't use the DL spot.

And i have Reyes, Sexson and D. Young sitting there waiting to come back.

a platoon betwen two players who don't play every day on seperate teams might not be a great idea, you'll end up with a lot of unplayed games

I'd stick with Spiezio, his OPS: .882, Ensberg's: .523. Good luck.

thanks guys. That is what i was thinking, but it helps me out getting second opinion. Besides, now if Ensberg blows up its not entirely my fault. :-b

Agreed. Sounds like more of a headache than it'd be worth. ;-)

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
