The April Aspirin Award

Alright. Silly -- who is the player that has given you the most headaches in the month of april...

For me it is easily Contreras... I spent hours debating whether to start him or not and then hours debating whether to cut him or not, picking him up again dropping him...

Got rid of him in all my leagues. No more jose.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

As I have them both, I will say Wells AND Conteras. Santana was there for a while but it looks like he will come around.

Overall, Giles has got to take the cake however.

giles has been very good the past week and a half. For me, its gotta be Nomar and his very slow healing process and Pierzynski for always being on the bench and not hitting. The guy is lousy.

That's just scary dude. I have Wells, Contreras, Santana AND Giles also. Person to give me the most headaches?

Well it would have been Giles but he turned it around big time in the final week and Santana has been decent. I guess that leaves me with Wells and Contreras. They have both sucked horribly. I'm just so pissed off about last night's performance that I'm giving it to Jose.

luckily, not many of my players have been struggling, but i guess id have to give it to mulder and hudson. i expected huge things, and so far theyve been just average. i know its early, and theyll turn around. but for now, trade visions are dancing around in my head.
theyre coming.....

Jeter. With SS not being a deep position you cannot drop him and pick up someone else. Have to ride it out, but it hurts!!! :,-(
I will not rest until I have you holding a coke, wearing your own shoe, playing a Sega game featuring you, while singing your own song in a new commercial starring you, broadcast during a super bowl game you are winning. Show me the $$$!!!

Jeter and Mantei..

Mantei is the worst dissapointment so far.. And Jeter's 0 for the century slump was pretty bad for a career .300 + hitter..

Contreras, Santana, Giles here. Plus Prior and Reyes. Durham has given me minor headaches, too, as well as Alex Cintron. And Billy Koch/Damaso Marte, of course.
