I love it when nights like this happen. I have 12 offensive players and they batted .500 with 7 homers, 17 RBI, 17 Runs (Vlad, ARod, Abreu, Magglio, Kent, IRod, Tiexera) Beckett also, dang-it. Pretty good feeling. Anyone else having a night similiar?
C Martinez
1B Sweeney
2B Roberts...good night
SS Cintron...'nuff said.
3B Castilla...it's not Coors. Shit.
OF Beltran
OF Giles...supporting cast is not hitting
OF Berkman
Util Dye Doin' Nothin
Util Burrell HR...but K'd with the bases loaded to end the game
SP Beckett...damn you Benitez
SP Od. Perez...looked off tonight. Horrific WHIP, 3 ER was a surprise considering how badly he was pitching
SP Contreras...WHY WHY WHY?!
RP Benitez...damn you.
And to top it all off...Valverde gets 3 Ks and a save...I was going to add him yesterday, but somebody snatched him up right before I went. I had been considering it for the entire morning yesterday...and instead, I have Koch and Marte. Koch sucks.

I can feel your pain warrick....In an AL only league...I started Lowe, Contreras, Loaiza and Mulder tonight....
needless to say what I come up with....
Useless Trivia of the day
England's Worcester Canoe Club set the world record for paddling a hand-propelled bathtub. The 25 man team covered a distance of 55 miles, 425 yards in 24 hours on September 28 and 29, 1979.
Another admitted Contreras user here. I'd gotten rid of him on all but one team. He's gone now. Unfortunately, that same team had Chavez, Burnitz and Womack.........on the bench.
Admitted Contreras starter here, in a deep 16 team mixed H-H points league. Haveing Chavez offset most of the damage though as Contreras got really luck in not takeing the loss. Still hurts seeing all the positive points Chavez put up get neutralized bye doing it off Contreras though. I'm not dropping him either!!!!!!
BTW, am I completely lost or is the post title
Oh what a night...Late December 1963
, hence your handle, a Back to the Future reference?

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

My post went into a completely different direction, ie the subject, but I have to admit... I Like It. No it wasn't a Back to the Future reference that tune is just catchy. C'mon sing along.
