Correct, I also thought that Torre or La Russa was #2, I guess Bochy gets overlooked because doesn't have that high of a winning percentage.

1. Cox - 15th season
2. Bochy - 10th season
3. Torre and La Russa - 9th season

Number 5 also suprized me: Scioscia entering only his 5th season with the Angels.
