Legit hitter. Probably not a big avg. guy, but if he stays in the Rockies org, could be a 30/40 HR guy if he becomes a regular. Not good defensively, projects to RF. Below average speed, but an okay baserunner. Has troubles with lefties.

He seems likely to return to AAA once Walker hits the active list. Rockies want him playing every day, as they need him to get the work vs. southpaws he won't get staying with the big club.

Not worth anything for this year, but an okay keeper prospect.

Sportsline is saying he won't be playing against RHP.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Guys, I am having a bit of a dilemma...

Should I go with...

Matt Riley or Brad Hawpe?

Since the last two replies we're pretty much jerks about it I probably shouldn't even say this but he's now available in the Yahoo leagues so you can now add him to your WATCH LIST.

An update..

9/16 with 16 TB a .588 OBP and a 1.000 SLUG

thehat was right about his trouble with lefties but he is hitting pretty well off the major league righties as of now.
