I have a trade proposed: Renteria/Payton for Jeter. I know Jeter is gonna come out of that funk before too long. Should I pull the trigger on that trade or back out?

depends on what you need, but typically renteria is a stronger offensive ss than jeter (jeter's strong point is runs and avg. whereas renteria can hit for power along with avg. and rbi's). as far as the rest of your team goes, you should be playing huff and pettite. huff is bound to turn things around sooner rather than later.

5, because you need a better cather like johnson, and you also need to put figgins on the bench and put huff in. Sp's could also use some work
