What future Major Leaguer was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 20th round of the 1994 draft but did not sign?
I know it's pretty obscure, but it makes a weird kind of sense to me and I think that we need more questions.

No, and the question I think is way too hard. So here's a hint: He didn't sign with anybody until 1998. His middle name is Jonathon. I want to give you better hints but can't think of any. I'll keep thinking.
