Holy crap, I saw the title of this thread and combined it with the title of the thread below and it became "Furcal cuts off his finger." Dear God.

Anyway, I haven't heard much about it. Hopefully, it isn't as serious as...cutting off one's finger. :-[

is their anyone we can pick up for a temporary relief while furcal is getting in to his groove. I've been looking at J.Wilson now that Uribe was picked up already. Also Easely looks pretty tempting

He's taking Tues off too, I think Cox is too cautious with injuries.

Too cautious? Have you seen all the players the Braves have out? Better a few days out now than a few weeks later.

damn, 2nd time this year wih Furcal, last time they said he'd play then he wouldnt & it went on for a week. :-P I do want him to get healthy but at least say he'll be out the week so i can snag a SS

I just think 3 days for a jammed finger is a bit extreme. Don't get me wrong, I was glad to see Chipper put on the DL. The news flash in Yahoo said Cox was worried about his throwing more than his hitting; as a fantasy player defense is often overlooked (although my league counts errors). I need Furcal to get in there and pull a Brian Roberts so I can compete in the steals catergory.
