No go. Classic case of selling high (Spivey) and buying low (Alomar). I'd imagine the guy on the other end of this trade is hoping that you're going to buy into Alomar's name. And rightly so, at the beginning of the season, Alomar was highly regarded as the number one 2B in baseball. However, I'd say it's a stretch to list him in the top 3 at the present moment (Soriano, Vidro, Kent to name a few) or top 5 if you want to be generous. (Castillo and Spivey). In fantasy, you're only as good as how good your players are currently playing. So, keep Junior.
As far as Piniero, stay away. In my opinion, I don't think he has the consistency to pitch in this league at the moment. And besides, with RJ, Glavine, Halladay, and Padilla, why would you need Piniero? If you're going with a rookie phenom, I'd stay with Prior.
See other thread; Glavine for Soriano sounds ok. You may want to consider adding Spivey to the mix and seeing if the other team will send an sp your way.
Sounds good if the other guy goes for it. You should probably also make sure the other team knows about Wickman's arm numbness when you make your offer.
I would definitely pull the trigger if he goes for it. Nen is great and Soriano is at the top for ANY position. I expect Glavine to come down to earth a bit, although he'll still be a fine fantasy SP. It does leave you more shallow in Starting Pitching though. You should be fine. Meantime, I would consider dropping Julio or Irabu. Probably Irabu first. Julio is talented and young, so he should learn the ropes despite some setbacks. He also seems to have the job for the whole season, while Irabu may be demoted.
