There is an injury forum, but I'll help you all out here!
I was watching the game. Kolb threw a pitch that was way high and away and came up lame. He was holding the back of his right leg in the hamstring area. After being talked to and looked at, he came out of the game and was replaced by Vizcaino.

if he pulled it he should have been noticeably limping when he walked off the field. Was he??

That all depends....see Jose Reyes. It can be just a few days, or it can be months. I think typically, it's a few weeks, like Chipper.
