Roster Analysis Needed

New to fantasy baseball and hoping to draw on your expert opinions. Appreciate any help.
I'm in a Yahoo H2H 12 team league. I'm currently in 1st place, however, my pitching staff is lacking and 2B is a problem. I think I've benefited from lucky match-ups. Anyway, here is my roster:

P-Kim

P-K.Wells
B-J.Moyer
B-L.Hawkins
B-W.Alvarez

1st question: Should I drop Lieberthal or try to trade him. If so, what kind of players would be fair to ask for?

2nd question: As far as pitching, I read a post that mentioned something about using up your innings. If it is possible to over-utilize your pitching staff(or batting line-up for that matter), how can I avoid this problem? Is there a limit of IP per week I should adhere to?

Also, appreciate any advice as far as packaging players to upgrade weak positions.

I don't think Brian Roberts is your problem. He's a above average 2B. I'd try to trade Lieberthal for to a catcher hungry team.

Players to trade or beware or later this season:
Gonzo- Injury factor
Alvarez- not a good pitcher, especially a borderline 5th starter

I'd try to get Tony Armas Jr. when healthy, Matt Riley, or Eric Dubose to fill in for alvarez or rincon. Not many "names" on your staff but its solid with Moyer, Hernandez, Peavy, Wells. Rincon is pretty lucky to this point picking up those wins.

Thanks for the reply. Armas is available, however, I'm skeptical of having 2 pitchers from that Montreal staff.
Anyone out there with advice? I would greatly appreciate it.

Personally I'd dump Alveraz for sure. ANy not so good closers left in FA? Like Baez, Greaves, Mesa, or grab a guy like Mota or the guy that took 2 freaking saves from Hoffman (I have Hoffman) from SD.
I think C Johnson is gonna suck sometime his life time numbers are terrible. Other than that get one your waiver wires and see who is available.
