I haven't seen a lot of talk about him up on the board. I know at the beginning of the spring he had problems and don't think that he'll perform up to his pre-Coors days, but how do you see him playing out as a #4 or #5 pitcher?

Hampton definitely deserves to be on somebody's roster and is a nice risky pick. Don't start him until he earns it. If he can turn it around, he will be a steal, and as long as he is taken late or off the waiver wire, giving him a shot won't hurt!
Hampton pitched well today, but overall has had a subpar spring.

If you look at his splits last year, he was even worse on the road. I know Kile was too in '99, but I personally wouldn't take Hampton until very late, if at all.
Of course, now that I've posted this he's going to win 20 games.
