Carlos Guillen-best AL SS?

25 hits, 2 HRs, 18 Runs, 14 RBI & batting over .300. These numbers plus the fantastic defense that he is playing make me wonder if there is a SS in the AL who has had a better April? He is one of the reasons that the Tigers have their first winning record after the month of April since '93. Am I just biased or has Guillen been the best so far?

Young and Tejada have been better, but regardless, Guillen has been very good. I wonder if he can keep it up Not that he's ever been really good, but he's never been a key part of the offense in Seattle, and they had a pitcher's park. Although I think Comerica is a pitcher's park too. I dunno, I wouldn't trade anything valuable for him, but if I had a struggling SS there are worse options than Guillen as a replacement.

Young has been MUCH MUCH Better

It may be crazy but i like Young soo much that i traded Tejada in a deal so i could move young to short, and got soriano for tejada and reyes. I think the combo of Young/Soriano is better than Tejada/Young.

Anyway yeah Young is gonna be hot this year.
