Rafael Betancourt - R - Indians Apr. 30 - 9:43 pm et
From rotoworld.com
Rafael Betancourt will take over as the Indians' closer, manager Eric Wedge said.
Betancourt, who is on pace to throw 100 innings, has allowed seven runs -- five earned -- in his last 6 1/3 innings and might be wearing down already. Moving into the closer's role should mean that he'll be used less frequently, which should help him. He should be picked up in any leagues in which he's available, but it's not very likely that he'll remain Cleveland's closer for the rest of the year.
