I'll start off with two:

McDonalds - I'm not lovin' it......when will this abomination end?

Avacor (hair restoration) - don't know how many channels they advertise on but I get them non-stop on YES. These guys are complete crooks. Their fake doctor is obviously reading from a cue card, and that shiny new lab coat isn't fooling anybody. Their before/after photos use different angles and a light filter. Convinced that these guys are in fact crooks, I looked into it a little bit to confirm it and sure enough, they're being sued for making false claims. Their "all-natural" formula is mostly made up of stuff that does nothing they claim it does. The one chemical it does contain that does work is minoxidil and it is hardly natural and it is available at a small fraction of the cost of what these crooks are selling their junk for.

The ED commercials are humorous at first, but by the ninth and tenth airings of them, they also tend to annoy.

My favorite, Cialis: “erections lasting more than four hours are not normal … please consult a physician…” Well, that's good to know.

There's always Levitra and Mike Ditka getting it in the hole, not something I ever wanted to see on national tv.

The stupid Geico auto insurance ads. They aren't clever, they never were clever and they air incessantly.

I've got to agree with the McDonald's "I'm lovin it" too. I rate it 10 on the annoying meter.

I love Bob Odenkirk's Miller commercials though. "It's a TRAVESHAMOCKERY!"

In this, an election year, I can't be more annoyed by all the political ads. It's like the candidates don't want us to make informed decisions. It's ugly. Tell me where you stand and I'll make up my own mind. Don't tell me about the other guy.

And the McDonalds TV spots pale in comparison with their radio ads. The writer of those ads will have a special spot in hell.

i absolutely cannot stand the mcdonalds commercials... they are so disgustingly transparent in who they are trying to sell to it's sad... they completely "ghettoized" their product in hopes of playing to the stereotypical minority... yet on the other hand they show a bunch of black guys playing basketball ON ROLLERBLADES!!!! i guess the whole basketball genre was just a tad too stereotypical for them, so they threw in the rollerblades for good measure...

besides that, they've got justin timberwhatever as their spokesman

C'mon...the hair-loss one?! That one is awesome! "Now when I run, my hair goes with me"..."My tennis game has really improved...it just feels like I'm always acing the guy"
