IMO, asking for your yellow card to come off should get you another one.

You get the Yellow card for doing annoying things. Such as posting in the wrong froum, or starting a "Free Post" topic. Asking for your yellow card off makes the Mod or admin stop what they are doing, look up what they did and tell them "NO". You can also get them if your Name starts with "Rico". i guess its an insant yellow card... ;-7

I waited 6 months to get mine taken off, and I only asked once, through a PM.

It's like asking your mom; "Are we there yet?"

Hmm since I'm pretty new here I probably should clarify what earns you a yellow card. Dropping the s-bomb and the f-bomb and other words of that nature I'm sure. What's a "free post" topic? :-?

Asking to have your yellow card taken off isn't annoying provided that they don't know any better, don't know that they should send a PM instead and once they get their answer they don't ask again.

Simulacrum check out the FAQ thread for info about yellow cards.

btw - in the nature of Arlo's question before, am I a geek for getting the Bladerunner reference in your sig?

Sadly I'm afraid catching the Bladerunner reference in my sig does qualify you as a geek... it also gets you mad cool points from me though. ;-D
