Need opinions on these SP's, my draft is tonight!!!!!

I am in a standard 12 team league with 2 keepers. The only glitch is that we do not have negative points so that helps some people tremendously. My keepers were Vlad and Zito. I have the 12th and 13th pick and was thinking of going with two more starting pitchers, and the top nine in my opinion were:
Matt Morris, Roy Oswalt, Mike Mussina, Mark Mulder, Freddy Garcia, Tim Hudson, Mark Buehrle, Bartolo Colon, and Roy Halladay. I am figuring that at least two of these will fall to me with my picks. Can you guys please rank these guys from 1-9 please. Also can I get an opinion of whether or not to take a Mulder/Hudson with my pick that early since I already have Zito, it might be risky. Please help, my draft is in 3 hours. Thank you!!!!
