At what time does Yahoo days change?

What time does the day change on the yahoo website? its hard for me to calculate because i live in australia, so i have to figure out what time it is over there etc. Does it change after midnight by west coast time? what time is that eastern time?

there is no set time that yahoo updates. on average though i would say around 3am to 5 am on the east coast.

That's 3am EST. I still haven't figured out how long it takes for the WW to switch over to FA's. It definitely doesn't switch over at 12:01 AM sharp.

WW usually processes between 4am-5am eastern time (1am-2am pacific). One of the nice things about having gone back to school (and working on my own schedule) is being able to scoop up anybody I want that clears waivers.

I wish that were the case, but it just isn't--at least not all of the time. I live on the west coast and there have been multiple occasions after midnight, and even after 1am, when I've tried to pick up a player when he switched over to free agency after and he still showed up on yahoo as a waiver wire guy. And the next morning when I've picked him up he was available as a free agent--so there obviously were no waiver wire requests for him.
