I wish I could say I didn't feel it, but I do...Or something close to it.
Bluto: Over? Did you say over? NOTHING is over until WE decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? HELL, NO!
Otter: Germans?

ouch... I benched Sanders for Huff when I saw that Sanders wasn't starting. I can't believe I traded Clemens for this bum.

HE now batting .192 :-t OUCH :-t

I have a deal on the table:
I give DYE/Baldelli for Huff.

WIth Huff struggling, maybe I will see if I can get Huff any cheaper :-D

This has to be the best time to buy this guy low.

(note: Since I posted this message, I will make a guarentee that he homers on his Next AB :-D )

If you look at Huff's career split stats by month....

April .226
May .280
June .316
July .263
Aug. .332
Sept. .286

Bench him til he warms up and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised before long.....although he's killing my a$$ right now...... :,-(

Yeah, but those April numbers are skewed by his .107 BA in 28 at-bats in April 2001 when he was still basically a prospect. He didn't play in April 2002 and last year he hit .277 in April with 4 HR and 26 R/RBI. Not great numbers but far better than this year. He has only 3 extra-base hits compared to 12 last April. The good news is since it's looking like he'll definitely get 3B eligiblity he can produe a little less than last year and still have just as much value. And if he somehow manages to equal last year then he's right behind Rolen.
