Seems like too little return to me, unless k's don't count in your league. Even if you're worried about Johnson's age and health, I believe you can get significantly more for him.

Ok - gotcha. In a points league, this might work, or at least be closer than under the other formats. What are the points per game of all these players? I'm still hesitant about this..

Vlad and Sosa would make this look pretty good, although I also doubt the other side would be willing to give up both at once. You probably need to look at the actual numbers here and see how many points you'd gain or lose in this deal, but my sense is that the first deal gives you too little, Vlad/Sosa may be aiming too high, and something in the middle might be feasible.
