*Public* Yahoo leagues-will all teams participate?

I've joined a public Yahoo league for rotisserie experience. No, I'm not going to bore you with another "rate my team" or "who do I trade for" thread.

What I was hoping to get opinions on is the chances that all the teams that are in the league will actually participate.

I'd hate to be looking to make moves with my team, but then have only 5 of the 12 teams be "dead teams".

always have some deadbeat owners, it sucks. but ive finally worked enough years to put together active players from public leagues into private leagues for myself

It sucks, I've had to limit myself to one Yahoo team this year due to time constraints. Looks like 8-10 of the guys don't give a damn.

If some DO, do people suggest bailing and getting into another league?

I have to say the only leagues I have been in where everyone participates is money leagues. If there is no money on the line, I can pretty much guarantee that there will be at least a few teams that do not actively participate...
