I don't think I'd look to upgrade at RP. Smoltz is one of the best, and I expect Baez to have a pretty good year. Plus, with guys like Guardado, Gagne, Williams all outperforming expectations, it is reasonable to assume with this years clouded RP situations you can probably find a suitable closer if Baez falters.

I'd look for another big bat in the OF.

I would almost say to look for another SP. When Burnett's arm falls off (already, perhaps?) you really don't have a lot there. You have depth, but not a lot of premium or second-tier guys. RPs you can pick up during the season, so don't fret that. I would also concur that you may need another big bat in your OF. I would look for a power, masher type rather than more speed which you seem to have a fair amount of.....I really like your IF, except that Lieberthal is possibly starting the season on the DL, or at least not playing every day, which could be worse.

Pretty competitive-looking team; not sure you'll win outright, but could very well finish top-3.

While another big bat in the outfield would be nice, I think your infield power makes up for that. I would also go for another starting pitcher. Burnett scares me, and Maddux and Washburn could have worse years than they did last year as well. Hinske is good trade bait with Pujols at third, so I would try to move him and a starter to get a top-tier starter. Stick with you relievers for right now. You can usually pick one of those up later off the waiver wire.
