"you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" is my motto. Make a point of giving some feedback to the posts with no replies, and everyone comes out on top, including you when you need an answer to a question. Just a suggestion.

That's right, read Arlo's post on top, too, everyone here wants to hear some opinions other than his own.

So you don't think you have adequate experience rating other teams? Well, just try it, it's a great way of improving your team, too, if you get to research more players and ways of managing a team
