What's the deal with Jermaine Dye? Looking at his past stats you'd think this guy would be a dynamo...Should I reserve him? release him?

Dye certainly hasn't returned to the level of play we expected so far. I wouldn't release him outright, but if you can reserve him for a while to monitor his progress, that sounds like a good idea at this point.

He's just about done with his Spring Training. Look for more from him soon. I'd reserve him until that time comes, however.
