Gagne Hurt?

Postby Bloody Nipples » Thu Apr 29, 2004 12:43 am

Not to stir up too many emotions, but I am listening to the Giants game, and Jon Miller just mentioned that Gagne limped off the field after recording the final out of the 8th inning. Anyone know any more about this?[/i]

Not too likely, considering the Dodgers are playing the Mets, not the Giants.

And as I type this, Gagne is pitching the 9th.
"One of the teams represents truth, justice, the American way, and underdogs everywhere. The other represents George Steinbrenner!" - U.S. News and World Reports columnist John Leo on the difference between the Mets and the Yankees.

I was watching the game (Dodgers and Mets)

He was hit with a soft linedrive off of his left knee, picked it up, and threw to 1st for the last out in the 8th... then hobbled off the field

He came in the 9th and got the save...

I think he will be OK, it will hurt tomorrow though !+)
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong
