Assuming you're not the last to notice the min innings, there may be some valuable pitchers available. I'd lose my borderline starters (Robertson, Meche, Lee) and grab some solid MR guys who vulture occassional W's and Saves:
Ryan
Atsuka
Lopez
Rincon
Romero
Burba

Shields - don't bench him...he's been good since a couple wild innings weeks ago

Using only relievers is certainly a viable plan; you need to be able to count on your bats, though. Good luck with this strategy!

I take it you see this minimum innings pitched rule in the league settings part right? So if there is no mention of it, you're pretty much free...Might give that a go

yeah...I'm in 2 leagues...one league has "21" by min inn pitched...this one has an empty space.
