Shortround, something else I just noticed was that you only joined 5 days ago. You got a phone bill already for these 5 days?

In all seriousness, if you did in fact get a $1200 phone bill and you are using a dial up connection, make sure the access number your computer is dialing is local. The number you use to connect to your service provider like AOL, MSN, NetZero, Earthlink, etc. Make sure that's a local number and not a long distance number. Most likely that's where the problem is if you are currently having phone issues.
