20 team league

Postby Absolutely Adequate » Fri Mar 21, 2003 1:12 pm

There are 20 teams in my league so it's hard for me to be objective and see. It's a h2h league and the cats are
H/AB R HR RBI SB OBP SLG IP W SV K HLD ERA WHIP
I suppose I'd just like to hear what everyone thinks. Any input would be appreciated - This is my first h2h and first league this big.

Hey you scumbags-
As of right now, only one other person has even looked at my team here. I've posted comments on 10 or so other teams. Somebody should return the favor.

I think you could use another bopper in the lineup. Besides Magglio and maybe Aurilia if he hits in front of Bonds I don't see another guy with alot of power. Same for your starting pitching after Mussina. I do like Eaton. 20 teams is a lot. So I am guessing there is nothing of significance on the w/w.

I am in a h/h for the first time this year myself. 2nd year in fantasy So I am no expert. I hope I didn't state the obvious and hope this helps.

in a 20 team league, you should kick ass in the save department with Percival and Foulke!!! I'm in a ten team league, and I'd have to do some major trades to get closers of that quality. I agree with the previous posting that you should try and find another decent hitter. Also, in that big of a league, one of your closers would probably fetch a nice big trade pacakge if you were ever interested.

Pick up Chad Bradford Mickey callaway if there available and cut latroy and giovanni, That would improve your staff.

I picked up Latroy and Giovanni because I need holds. Do you think that Callaway and Bradford will help me there? As is, I'm considering dropping Giovanni for David Weathers (The guy with the most holds last year left on the waiver wire).
Thanks for all your help- Sorry for calling you all scumbags.
