Continuing Fantasy Baseball Leagues?

Hi all, I've got a quick question that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I've been part of a sports fantasy league with the same group of guys for about 3 years now (football, basketball, baseball). We use Yahoo because our commissioner set it up in Yahoo the first time and we just never changed. (it's also free which allows us to keep the pot high).
The question is this: I'm thinking there has got to be a better choice out there. We're looking for fantasy leagues that are free and carryover players. Is there such a thing, or does all the carryover work have to be done by hand? We draft different guys every season and there is no continuity. It would be nice to at least keep one or two franchise players each year, preferably with a salary cap. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
