I wouldnt do much... you have guys underperforming starting with your Ace... If anything try and bulk your pitching ... maybe you cna get something for Riley... I am not very high on him ...

To be honest I dont see a great team there... not much Stolen bases, not many saves, not great poower... and lacking Ks... if vogelsong can learn how to throw Ks then maybe that will help out but in a 5X5 he is useless right now with a very high whip...

see if you can trade reggie sanders and a 3B for some speed or something... I would put in matsui and hope he starts to run on the bases as he becomes more comfortable.
