Newbie to fantasy--needs some advise in 12 team league

New to fantasy world but felt my team is decent. We score by total bases -BA average/era don't count. 25 man roster. Heres the team

Any suggestions on who to trade, areas that need improvement (SP for sure) and players with potential that I should keep? Any advise would be welcome! Thanks.

Seems like a solid team for a 12-team league. Not sure of the exact scoring system, but I don't see any glaring needs that would require trading one of your existing players (I don't think your bench players would bring anything too valuable). SP might not be as bad as you think. Three solid starters. Leiter and Reed could be iffy, but I think Tomko will surprise a lot of people in St. Louis (my hometown, so I'm following him closely this spring). If you are dead set on a trade, maybe Wells and an existing infielder for an upgrade at that position, i.e. Lieberthal and Wells for IRod. That could give you a nice upgrade.
