Kearns leaves game in 3rd

He got hit with a pitch in the 1st and was replaced with Freel in the 3rd. Wonder how serious it is? :-?
It's like I've died and gone to heaven......but then they realized that it wasn't my time, so they sent me to a brewery.

It sounds bad. I'm watching the game on TV and they mentioned a "fracture in the forearm."
Roger Angell: I was talking with Bob Gibson and I said: 'Are you always this competitive?' He said: 'Oh, I think so. I got a three-year old daughter, and I've played about 500 games of tic-tac-toe with her and she hasn't beat me yet.'
