How can improve?

I'm in a 10 team points league. I'm currently in 4th. I was hoping i could get some opinions on how to take my team to the top. Heres my team.

I wud try and trade rolen.since hes hot and see if u can get a good deal for him.Maybe go for a bigger bat like a pujols or beltran.in whcih ud trade rolen and someone for. Or maybe go for a better #1 starter like a pedro martinez or a curt schilling 2 solidfy ur staff

I think your SP is very strong. If sheets and thompson pay off as sleepers, you should have one of the best pitching staffs. Your Rp is a little shaky. The chi bullpen is deep enough where borowski doesnt need to close everyday. I really do not like looper's stuff either.

I would also try to trade b. giles. Petco park is huge and that should cut down on his extra base hits and homeruns.
