5 x 5 Roster question

Postby wkelly91 » Mon Apr 26, 2004 4:37 pm

I am in my first 5 x 5 league this year. It is a 12 team, 30 round draft.

My question is Why do they start:

2-C
2-1B
1-2B
1-SS
2-3B
5/6-OF
9-P

It seems like an aweful lot of players and makes the FA pool extremely thin. There has been only one trade so far this year, and no one wants to part with anyone because there arn't any decent players in the FA pool. Can I expect this all year long? :-o

Probably, from what I notice, once a league doesnt have many trades, it usually stays like that for the year.

With the talent pool so thin, no one wants to take a risk.
