no way in hell am i rating them all.
maddux has hte best offense to play for and, obviously, the best pedigree. still i dont think this is your maddux of the mid 90s, moreover a 3.5-4 ERA pitcher who could win 15 if this cubs offense doesnt go away.
from there, i like eaton and oliver perez. eaton's been kind of roughed up in his last two outings, but for his career i think he's less K than IP and if he doesnt walk a lot, do the math, he could iwn 10-15.
i also like oliver perez at hte moment, he's always had potential but he's always had a meteoric rise to a 6.00 era at some point after some success, so i think he can and will get roughed up, but if he keeps spinning quality starts on a regular basis, an absolute darkhorse for 12+ wins and 200+ K
