Limiting DL Spots

Do you guys have a limit of the number of DL spots each team has on their roster? And what is the point of limiting this? Is it to prevent people from hoarding injured guys like Boone and Leiber?

Our league is limited to 2 spots - and thats exactly it. It prevents hoarding of guys and forces you to make some tough decisions BEFORE a player is back and healthy.

Makes it more fun, IMHO.

my custom league has 4. three or four seems good to me. in one of my public leagues i have only one DL spot but i have prior, nomar, reyes, and teixeira. i am struggling just to put out a full lineup everynight.

i cant say i have ever been in a league where hording guys on the DL was ever a problem.
