i think the Sox are hoping for mid may but he isnt going to play until he is pain free and no one can predict when that will be. he is just doing light running.

I expect Nomar to come back mid-May but I have a feeling this weiner is gonna sit out until June.
Rumor has it, he's been eating a lot of Hamm lately contrary to the reports that he was on a steady diet of sausage.
Whatever gets him back sooner...

on the red sox webpage it said that nomar was running in straight lines and working on the achillies, and the next step would be running side to side....looks like a slow recovery...hopefully it starts to speed up
