If you've got a solid outfield already, he's a great bench player to have for an outfield or utility spot. Play him when he's batting at Coors and you won't be disappointed. He will hit cleanup for the Rockies. Look at the numbers -- even in a poor year last year he hit .338 with an OPS over 1.000 in Denver. He cannot be relied on every day, but he'll make a great spot starter if you've got room.

so now oyu have to stare at your roster everyday at 3 pm to see if he is starting? No thanks. let somebody else have the hassle.

Yeah I agree with trac02. Walker is not of great value since you never know when he's gonna be hurt, or when he's gonna play. However, if you do have an extra spot on your bench, Walker would be a very valuable player to have on your team. I mean lets face it guys, the man knows how to hit. If he actually CAN PLAY, then you can count on him going .330 in a year...
