Hey Guys, I am in a 10 team head2head sportsline league. What do you think of my first draft? I am having trouble filling out a roster each week. I would like to drop Weaver but need 7 pitchers active. Also where do you think that I am especially weak? Top Free Agents are: Batters- Durazo, E. Martinez, Bradley, Ibanez, N. Johnson, T. Batista

Unless this is a keeper league I would probably drop Mauer.
I would drop Weaver and get Milton and possibly Traschel.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
Is Laynce Nix available? You may consider picking him up. He's been tearing the cover off the ball. I just did so this morning. It certainly looks like you're in need of some pitching help, considering the disappointment Halladay's been. Although Schilling and Radke are doing well. How many SPs do you start? I picked up Kris Benson, who's been throwing well. You may see if he's available.
My friend, I would drop Weaver as fast as possible. I think he'll have a similar first half to what Hampton had last year. Might be a good 2nd half pickup.
As for your immediate concerns, I would get Trachsel for the pitching and Bradley for the hitting. Milton might also be an option, but I would get Trachsel first.

i would drop weaver and pick up redman. The A's play in a pitcher friendly park and redman had some solid stats with the marlins last year. He is moving from NL to AL but most of the batters will not have seen his stuff so he should have an advantage.
I would also drop mauer and pick milton bradley. Looks like he could be a 800+ ops with steals, which is pretty insane.
Bradley and Trachsel have been picked up. I know Redman might be a good choice but wanted you all to look at the top free agents in my league. Let me know if you think any of these guys will out preform some of the guys on my roster. I'm going to drop Mauer and Weaver, any ideas Thanks for the help so far!!

I would think about Ibanez instead of Konerko at 1B. Konerko probably isn't gonna put up any really big numbers, and u might as well ride the hot hand while it lasts. Ibanez is swinging lately, so try for him
I like Raul Ibanez as well so I dropped Mauer and picked him up. I also dropped Jones and picked up Nix. I feel despite Nix's problems with left handed pitchers he would be better as I see Jones cooling off soon. Sould I have dropped Cameron? What do you guys think? As far as pitching I feel mine is extremly weak. Of those free agents do you think that any would be improvments over Weaver. I am having to start Hawkins now b/c of lack of SP. My plan was to bench Hawkins till he started picking up more saves, but??
