some of the guys in my league were pretty high on Sweeney. i almost dealt him but then he had to go and get injured (again)
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.

I got Sweeney in my autodraft and made a deal for Sexson, because while I think Sweeney will do well when he plays, I was worried about injury. Now Sweeney is one of the guys that I rotate through my UTIL spot.

Wait, how'd you get Huff as Sweeney's backup? Sweeney's gone later in drafts than Huff in my leagues...?

Well, it's a 14-team keeper and I ended up keeping both. I have Huff as an OF and Sweeney at 1B, but no other 1B because Huff is eligible.

Good news!
I hope you're right. I chose to keep him active this week.
