Looked pretty good in working 6 against the big bats of St louis... 7k 2h 58 of 93 pitches were strikes

he was brought up for Capuano and could replace him in the roation.. but im not sure if hes worth a pickup cat seem to find any info on him

I have no idea who this guy is either but looking at his minor league stats - he is not all that. Then again pods hit for a low average in the minors.

I say this one good start does warrant you picking him up unless you plan to give a couple of start on your bench to prove himself.

Related to Olmedo? Anyways, I havn't heard much about him, so I wouldn't put too much stock into one start. If you're not careful he might pull a "Vogelsong" on all the guys who add him and throw him in their starting lineups. You've been warned!

I think this is getting a little ridiculous. Every starter who has ONE good start, everybody is creaming their pants over picking them up. While you're at it go ahead and pick up Joaquin Benoit. He's pitching a gem against Seattle. :-[
