Bonds Question

Im sure everyone has heard it said that Bonds is not as valuable as his numbers would dictate due to his walk rate. Obviously the 50 or so bombs will be nice, but how much does it lower his value that his .320 (or whatever it will be) average is based on say 400 AB's?

I have him in a keeper and am considering dealing him..opinions suggestions on what younger hitter would be comparable in rotovalue considering the walks(5X5 format)
