gettin owned, headed for my 2nd 12-0 loss

basically my squad is either doing horrible or going down with injuries and after my top two or three pitchers no one else seems to go 6 or 7 innings deep and keep their era out of double digits, i need some advice on whether or not i should just hold tight or start making offers and picking up FA's..
