Anyone see his double and triple? Wondering if they were hit hard? I'm sure he's on everyones maybe list as he was solid last year in this same predictament. Just don't know enough about him to compare to the other weak hitting middle infielders. What I'm basically asking is.... is he Junior Spivey or Luis Rivas?

they were hit hard, and he could be more spivey than rivas though he'll be benched when alomar returns and when Hairston gets called up.

I wasn't aware that they planned on bring Hairston up this year? Cool - thanks for the heads up - i thought he was a more down the road guy

he is an august guy most likely but nonetheless Kata is keeping the seatwarm for two guys.

pick him up if you need him. Kid can hit & will be the 2nd baseman for a loong time
