I think my team is quality..but I keep getting shelled.Help!

I think my team is quality...I know my pitching is weak and needs help but I keep losing all categories in H2H. I've always played Roto before so perhaps the strategy is different and I just don't know how to work it. Please help me out.....

Here are some of the players on the waiver wire...should I pick any of them up?

Pitchers: Robertson, Bonderman, Acevedo, Harden....

Drop Fullmer or Scutaro for Konerko and drop Riley for Bonderman or Harden, depending on how valuable K's are to you.
